- Converts standard POTs FXS/FXO to Fiber for Isolation and Extension
- Useable for standard phones, STU-III and STE Phones, Fax Machines or Modems
- The FOI-2971 connects to POTS Lines while the FOI-4972 connects to telephonic devices
- The FOI-4972 has solid state relays on the outer black and yellow pair which can be used to activate external signaling devices when ringing is detected
- FOI-4972s can be connected back to back to create a private line automatic ring-down circuit
- Rugged metal enclosures with RFI shielding
