Description
HDMI USB Extender over CAT6, 4K@100M, Bi-Directional HDMI Transmission, Switch Splitter, Dual Console, Audio Embedding/ De-Embedding Function, USB 2.0, Serial Extension, and PoH DC 48V supported, EGBMU-M3210
EGBMU-M3210= EGBMU-3210L (Sender, USB Host/ Device) + EGBMU-3210R (Receiver, USB Device)
HDMI USB Extender over CAT6, True 4K HDBaseT 3.0 KVM Extender with Audio, Serial, and USB, EGBMU-M3210 offers uncompressed 18G HDMI 2.0 extension capability to transmit uncompressed 4K 60Hz (4:4:4) video through single CAT.6A or CAT.7 cable up to 100 meters. Bi-Directional HDMI Transmission combines the Switch Splitter functions and enables the HDMI output port on the Transmitter Unit (Local Out) to present local video coming from the Tx or remote video coming from the Rx and the switching can be simply achieved by button pressing. The local/remote video switching function offers a better visibility and allows local users to monitor the HDMI signals coming from both sides or broadcast HDMI signal on both local (Sender) and remote (Receiver) unit concurrently.
EGBMU-M3210, HDMI USB Extender over CAT6, supports HDCP 2.2, (High-Bandwidth Digital Content Protection) compatible with 4K UHD contents. Rextron HDCP 2.2 HDMI KVM extenders and Video extenders are backward-compatible with the previous HDCP version. That means you can connect older sources to a new 4K TV under HD streaming with no HDCP 2.x to 1.x converter in between. EGBMU-M3210 KVM extender supports HDCP key to ensure uninterrupted video playback at all times.
Rextron HDBaseT KVM Extender with audio embedder/ extractor function can independently transmit the audio signal from the Transmitter unit to the Receiver unit, embed audio from a 3.5-mm source to an HDMI signal or extract HDMI audio to a 3.5mm stereo audio, which provides the second audio transmission channel that would be beneficial for the content creator in video postproduction or audio broadcasting with the installation of home cinema amplifier.
RS-232 serial extension is commonly applied in Digital Signage, Smart Classroom, and Smart Home system. HDMI USB Extender over CAT6 Full-Duplex Data Communication between Tx & Rx via CAT.x cable connection is a cost-effective, hardware-based solution providing remote access and control for all RS-232 protocol devices with no need for any setup or configuration.
EGBMU-M3210, HDMI USB Extender over CAT6, enables users to transmit USB 2.0 signals with downward compatibility eliminating 5 meters distance limitation of USB, and the function features USB peripherals sharing capability without any software or driver installation. Dedicated USB-A ports designed on the Tx and Rx of the extender unit are suitable for both local and remote site USB peripherals access.
The PoH (Power over HDBaseT) feature provides 48V from Transmitter (EGBMU-3210L, PSE, 48V) to Receiver (EGBMU-3210R, PD) allowing for greater flexibility in different installation scenarios where there is no available power socket nearby. The PoH design is based on the IEEE 802.3 standard and includes definitions of the power source equipment (PSE) and the powered device (PD) describing the detection and protection mechanisms to ensure safe and reliable power delivery.
